For Turf & Grain Issue 4: Women I interviewed and photographed Irish environmentalist and surfer Easkey Britton at her Donegal hometown. I got the chance to chat to her about the importance of being ‘ocean literate’ here in Ireland, the role surfing plays in forming community, and the need to find rest amidst the busy cycles of life.
