We headed off to meet my mum in Amsterdam a few weeks ago. Despite the near constant drizzle, we had a fantastic time exploring the city and eating some of the best food Amsterdam has to offer (always a priority on our trips!)

Some highlights were De Hallen, Lot Sixty Six Coffee, Pulitzer Hotel and De School.
